Lots of short reviews, here is a full truthful review for those who care. Disgusting, worst service I have ever seen. One could not be more disappointed with the lack of communication, or overall performance from Urban Group. From all aspects, the worst service from a “marketing specialist” Katy. When trusting someone to sell the biggest investment of your life (being a home) you would expect feedback. Couldn’t manage to reach her over the phone despite several voicemails. Finally received a text in response to why I hadn’t got a reply. Quote on quote: “I don’t have everyone’s number, that’s life”. For ANYONE thinking about using this company, I would strongly advise against.
