Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and unethical. My partner and I purchased a house from Greg (it was actually his personal home). He bullied us at the beginning when it came to getting an appraisal and insisted it be done in 3 days (the regular is 5). We paid extra to have it done and asked for a 24 hour extension. He initially said no until we begged for him to reconsider. When it came time for closing, we noticed there was a hole in the sprinkler system, a leak in pool pump and flood-like dampness around the side of the house. When approached by our realtor, he neglected to respond until pressure was put. When he did respond, and photos were provided for proof, his response was that everything is in working order and he doesn't know where the photos are from. THEY ARE PHOTOS OF YOUR HOUSE THAT YOU'VE LIVED IN FOR OVER 2 YEARS! He refused to fix or address any of our concerns and waited until the day of closing to tell us that, leaving us absolutely no time to have any recourse. He also refused to do any type of hold back, which also prevented us from taking any action. We called his brokerage to file a complaint, and they were no additional help. Their response was that their agents are independent contractors and how they act and conduct their business is not their responsibility. It's ironic that realtors always complain that certain clients are horrible to work with, are unrealistic or unwilling to compromise/ have any type of moral compass. In this situation, an actual realtor is doing exactly what realtors always complain about.
