Case was definitely the reason I'm in a place I really love. I had another real estate agent for a year and a half but could not find anything that worked for me. Within a month of hiring Case I had papers signed on the best place I'd seen throughout my nearly 2 year search. Unlike my previous agent Case was engaged and took a no nonsense approach to guiding me through the process. He told me exactly what I would need to bid in order to have my offer accepted and what conditions I should keep and which ones were ok to waive.
