Leigh acted as my seller’s agent for sale of my property at Brooks. He is professional, thorough, knowledgable and honest. The price estimate was accurate from the very beginning. This is not easy IMO as it is a very small market for single family house in Brooks. The communication throughout the process was excellent. During the process there were complications due to the buyer’s personal situations. He presented strategies and communicate properly with the buyer’s agent to keep the deal alive. All this was also complicated by the fact that I was living in a different city, and that it was right during the COVID 19 pandemic. In the end he successfully helped bring a very desired sale to close. I am glad that I had Leigh (and his team) to help me.
