We randomly met Josh while looking at a open house and boy were we lucky. Josh made an amazing first impression and followed up with us the next day remembering so much about us. We were given extremely short notice from our landlord that he was going to sell the place we were currently renting, and this was right as the pandemic was starting to happen. So we were short on time and Josh was absolutely incredible. He sprung into action. His communication was amazing and he always extremely prompt in his responses. We found our dream place and had it all wrapped up in just a few short weeks. Everything moved very quickly with zero hiccups. He also helped us negotiate a price below asking, while getting the closing date we needed, and time to complete subjects and inspections. Josh went above and beyond for us and we could not of been more happy with him. If you're in need of finding a home I would highly recommend Josh, he will work tirelessly to make sure you find the right home, all while being extremely friendly and very professional.

It's hard to overstate how much he brought to the table in terms of insight and buying/selling strategy. He really pushed us to not settle on either end of things and got us outside of our comfort zone more than a few time. But his strategy paid off tenfold thanks to his insanely hard work and dedication. I honestly can't believe what he was able to do for us in so little time. On the initial video call, we talked for more than an hour where he answered all our questions explaining everything clearly. We first met Josh 2 years ago, when a family member purchased their first home. He was incredibly pro-active, knowledgeable, attentive and professional, making their experience a very positive one. When I decided to sell my condo, everything went smoothly and fast. My mortgage broker referred me to Josh. I made it clear I wanted to have someone proactive and aggressive in a good way. Josh ended up being so much more than just a real estate agent. He worked closely with my friend who I hired to do a makeover of the entire place and my daughter. During those 3 weeks, Josh proceeded to totally charm them, and they all worked closely, listening to Josh advises, discussing the staging, even lending us a chair from his place. Not only that but Josh took the time to help and moved things, carry boxes, installed whatever my friend asked, removed furniture, being the link between my Strata and I, and I was going to forget, sweep before every showing, etc. I liked that Josh was honest and direct and capable to make the disadvantaged being shadowed by the advantages.
