If you're looking for a realtor who's got a down to earth personality, who appreciates you are human and not just another paycheck, and who is a master at negotiating tough situations and calming down an otherwise stressful time in your life, then I would highly recommend Jason Binab. After deciding to sell our home, we vetted a few realtors who all seemed a little smarmy and just didn't vibe with us. One actually tried to get me to make a decision without my husbands opinion! Jason Binab was recommended to me by a friend, and when he walked in, I knew right away he was the type of realtor we needed. He didn't push us (as we, and the house, weren't quite ready for sale) and he was very matter of fact, but in a way that was appreciated. In fact he kept that great level headed attitude throughout the whole process. The sale of our house was by no means fast or easy. There were a lot of hurdles we had to jump over in order to attract the right buyers. There were a lot of little surprises that jumped out from every corner. There were many times that my husband and I were ready to just give up and try again next year, but Jason was always right on the phone reassuring us that he knew what we wanted and that he was fighting on our side. When we could compromise, Jason helped us do so in a way that still left us feeling in charge of the situation. After the contract was in place we had a week to start the search for our new home. Jason made sure he was available straight away. We looked at homes on Thursday, made an offer on Saturday and, with a little negotiation, was accepted the same day. I don't plan on ever selling or buying again, as we have found our forever home (thanks to Jason) but if we had to, I wouldn't even have to think twice. I would just call Jason Binab straight away.
