We had Terry Summerhayes come and look at our home about 3 years ago and had him give us some pointers and information about the market. We didn't end up listing our house that year but we did the following spring, in 2018 . Terry was great to work with, very professional, and friendly. He monitored our open houses and all the viewings. He kept us up to date on everything and explained each step. He was also very genuine, listening to our concerns and answering our millions of questions. We felt very safe with him in charge of everything. We were selling our first home after 16 years. Melanie Borges was the amazing realtor who travelled all over the countryside with us. From Simcoe, Haldimand/Norfolk county, to Springfield and Delhi...No matter where we went she met us with a smile and a genuine, "How are you guys?" She was very straightforward, open and honest. She answered all of our questions and late night texts about openings and viewings. She was never pushy or impatient, she walked us through everything step by step, and made the whole process fun. She had her work cut out for her. She even presented our offer in person for our now home. We were away on holidays when she called us to let us know our offer had been accepted, and she was just as excited as we were. Terry and Melanie even came to our new home to bring us a Gift basket and visit ( pre-covid) we would and do recommend both of them very highly to everyone we know. If you are looking for Realtors, call these two. You won't regret it. We are thrilled with how everything worked out.

If I needed to get something done around the house, he would put me in contact with the right people. Then when it was time to sell the home, he made the daunting task seem very simple.
