Where do I start. 3 months ago we were given notice to move the landlord was moving in the house we have rented for over 10 years. Finding a place to rent was difficult because we have pets and cant settle for any house. Chris was recommended to me by a FB friend,so we contacted him to seek our options. We were paired with Dina Dalia. From there we let Dina know what we needed and how soon we needed it. At the start my credit report was terrible so I then set out to raise my score as much as 208 points in 2 months time to obtain over 650. No easy task, as time was against us. So we viewed about 6 houses that were in our range. Dina was extremely helpful pointing out house details pros and cons. We were never forced to make any choices , but seeked guidance every chance we had. So we find a house that will fit our family and make our offer. We then accepted the counter offer and began the process of obtaining a mortgage. Now I strongly suggest you don't make our mistake and offer before you know what your approved for, first time buyer mistake 101. I wasted to much valuable time waiting for cibc to reject us leaving me less than 36 hours to obtain a lender. Plan B was and should of been my plan A. Because I had almost all my paperwork available, I was then directed to Jason Woods . In such a short time Jason was able to meet my deadline for financing, kudos to Jason I would recommend him to you . Here I am now 2.5 hours past my deadline knowing I did not fail. The mental stress of waiting will almost break you. Now my fiancee and I can focus on closing. Thank you Chris, Dina and Jason for helping us along our journey. Recommended

After a rough start to house hunting, with a realtor who just didn't see eye to eye, we found CHRIS Costabile. We were very optimistic with Revel Reality, hoping for a better experience. Our first impression of Chris was that he friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Our first time out looking, Chris took us all around Brantford (in his truck, since we didn't know the city) showing us all the good areas (and not so good areas), good restaurants and where all the amenities were. Throughout our time together, Chris was very personable, he was always trying to get to know us and allowing us to get to know him. This is a long over-due shout out to our realtor Chris Costabile, of Revel Reality. In about late 2018 we started looking for a house for our blended family. We used a few realtors but did not commit to one as we didn't want to just jump into a contract before we were sure that they understood our needs and were aware that this process may take time and not make us feel rushed about choosing a home. Then we met Chris. Almost right away we found out that he too had a blended family and fully understood that this was a process and that in no way were we willing to settle for anything that was not the most perfect fit for our family. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was raw and real! Which was perfect for us! We've been known to toss around a cuss word here and there and we did not have to worry about offending Chris. He truly was in this for our best interests. We did eventually find our perfect home. Chris was always willing to provide ideas and talk renos and never made us feel forced to choose a house. We continued to use Chris for not only that purchase but also two property sales as well. He was always reachable and willing to have a conversation! Even if he knew when he answered the phone it wasn't going to be a nice one! I commend him for that! He always took the high road, kept us in the loop and never dissapeared when the going got tough!
