Didn’t witness a good closing experience with Adam. it was not ensured that all items to be handed over to us at the time of closing and also upon my inquiry Adam wasn’t responsive to my request e.g. missing garage door opener remote. We were disappointed at the end. Not to mention, before sale Adam was responsive to our asks. [7/11/2019 - Update] Thanks for your response. Adam and I were in contact directly and texting each other on this issue (missing remote), if there had been any replacement remote, I could have been informed via text, but total silence and no response after my last text message (dated 10/10/2018 10:04am) requesting the remote . I checked with my Agent too, he did not get any such remote replacement offer.
