Worst experience I ever had. Couldn't meet with realtor in time so they emailed me the offer but the next day. I had to ask to get the email again and it's a good thing I read it carefully before signing. They tried to get me to sign an agreement with them that would force me to use them as a seller and buyer until the end of the this year. Only shady realtors would get someone to sign that without telling them about it.
