I was very impressed with Jake's professionalism. Trying to sell privately, I had no luck at all. Then, I looked at working with several real estate agents. All of these agents were pessimistic about the sale of my property and made me feel like I was doing them a favour! Jake arrived, knowing that I was not making commitments to working with him. However, Jake just said that at the very least, I would be getting another realtor opinion with no strings attached. Jake arrived dressed very professionally and with much optimism. Immediately, Jake produced research going back to two years of sales in the area. This data was presented to me with a very positive tone. These other realtors only had an opinion, with no substantial data, about the sale of my property. I will recommend Jake to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

I met Jake at an open house for a listing he had in our neighborhood. I found him to be professional, and with a good knowledge of our community. He subsequently came to evaluate our home, and it came down to choosing Jake over two other agents that also came to our home. One of the sales persons made promises just to get our business that I knew could not be achieved. Jake is not like that. He gives an opinion or options, and then lets the home owner make up their own mind. He sold our house within a short period for full asking price, and did everything he promised to do to market our home.
