If you are looking for someone who will help you get top dollar then Don is definitely the guy you will want to use!! After 2 days on the market we got a offer way over asking I couldn't turn down, Don convinced me that he thinks I should wait it out. After a few more days we had reveived 10 offers and got wayyyy over the offer I didnt want to turn down. Don is definitely the best in the business.

Anyone looking for a realtor needs to use Jen!!! We've done numerous real estate deals in the past with other realtors and some were really good while others we wouldn't recommend but Jen stands out above them all. The thing with Jen is that there really wasn't any incentive for her to perform as well as she did, BUT SHE DID!! She listened to our wants and needs while continuously suppling us with listings. Also, she was available for discussion at all times and met numerous times with my family and I to look at houses knowing that we were only going to rent.
