Having Ryand as our former neighbor & friend, we knew , without a doubt he would get the sale of our house someday!!! we surprised him with the call & he was just as happy to hear from us, as we were!! He came & met with us , and proceeded to inform us about the whole process of selling our house of 25 years!! From the get go , he was very professional , but made it easy for us to understand. He told us he would be there for us all the way, with any questions or concerns we may have & he was true to his word.. He went above & beyond helping us with electronic signatures!! We are old school, what can i say.....LOL Ryand, Tammy, Cara & team were a wonderful group to work with through the whole experience! Ryand and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We’ve had some not so pleasant experiences in the past in the real estate world, and I will honestly say, with Ryand and Tammy, it was the complete opposite. From the start Ryand was friendly, welcoming and always kept the mood positive no matter how stressful looking for a home can be, particularly with all the crazy bidding wars out there. He had a great understanding of the area and neighbourhoods which helped us a great deal, and he also proved to have an extensive understanding of the market and value of each and every house we threw his way. Ryand Campbell has a lot of misinformation, was very slow to reply to any questions. We were given the wrong rental for the hot water heater, the condo fees were incorrect and upon moving in, we discovered the oven was non functioning. Upon contact, Ryand stated that the former home owner had no complaints about it and he's very honest. A repairman came and was shocked and angry that there was no back on the stove and this is a fire hazard. We still have no resolution.
