If you're looking for the lowest commission realtor to sell your home, you should stop reading this review and reconsider your strategy. For most people, their home is the largest asset they own and it doesn't make sense to rush the selection of a realtor. I'd recommend interviewing at least 3 agents before making the decision. I interviewed Ruby as she was highly recommended by my neighbour and I was impressed by the appeal of her other listings. I found her rates to be very competitive compared to the other realtors I interviewed. Further, I decided to work with her as her staging is amazing and found her to be very knowledgable of the market in my neighbourhood. Our property hasn't been renovated recently so there was a bit of common wear and tear, and we didn't have upgrades that were common in many neighbouring homes; Ruby's staging did an amazing job of making these drawbacks almost unnoticeable. Also, she focused on making the house more appealing to larger families as they are the largest group of buyers in the neighbourhood that would be willing to pay the price we were expecting. I believe that Ruby's expertise helped us maximize the selling price of our property. I would highly recommend giving Ruby a chance to evaluate your home, and to listen to her strategies for getting the most money for your house.
