Was not very happy with the service we got. He was very professional when we first met him but that changed very quickly when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the offers we were receiving. The worst Real Estate office in the city. We dealt with one of their agents who we later learned wanted to take advantage of our wallets seeing as the market is so hot at the moment by not submitting our offer and trying to go higher. He wanted that giant commission, instead of looking out for his clients. We signed a buyer agreement, but after he pretty much wouldn't do his job when we asked him to, we requested a buyer agreement cancellation. The Broker of Record refused to sign our cancellation and instead offered another agent, but we clearly do not want to work with these people. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this Remax office.

I sold my previous home with Sandy Kennedy. In that spirit, I called Sandy once more to sell my current home. Unfortunately for me, this time around he was unable to sell my home. We had plenty of showings but no takers. Sandy insisted my dogs were the problem (I.E: the dogs smell). After my contract with Sandy expired, I tried selling with another agent & that other agent sold my house for *OVER* $80,000 of our original asking price and we sold it in one day. If I need to sell my home again in the future (which I will), I won't be choosing Sandy Kennedy, however if I want to use a free notepad that was mailed out to me, he's the man!
