Had the chance to speak with Afsaana Ibrahim earlier today with regards to Scenic Ridge; understanding the fact that you're a busy person & got back to me after 6hrs & now that the Scenic Ridge is all sold out; I would really like to give you a piece of advice - when you call a client, ensure to give them your 100% attention instead of talking to the rest of the world around you since they're speaking to you & once again that's an excuse.. you shouldn't call someone you can't give 100% attention to in the first place! Then calling me back and apologizing means absolutely nothing! I really see why your realty is at a 3.6 on Google. One can only hope that this review helps you improve your people skills Afsaana.

Kunwar Pangalia gave me a bad experience, I wanted a house with the roof under the basement, I don't see what the problem is with that, and he tells me oh well that's not how it comes and wouldn't do it for me because I'm sure he's cheap!

Pal Singh gave false information about the property we bought. Seems like all he cared about was making the deal and did not have our best interest. Once we found out certain things were disclosed to us incorrectly by Pal Singh he said it's our fault for not reading the agreement fully even though he gave us false information. Not sure what he did to help us in anyway. Horrible service. Do not use them as they are strictly out to make the deal and once that's done they don't care to help you or resolve an issue.

Kunwar is a very disrespectful person, his actions with me as a client were nothing but ignorant and rude! He continuously said I can’t afford the homes I asked for when we first consulted, and when I asked why he did he acted in that manner he replied with “ it’s your image”. Never again with Kunwar!!!
