I and my family would like to express my appreciation for the service we have received, provided by Gary our real state agent. I met Gary at my door step when he was doing his customary door to door call in my neighborhood. I expressed our desire to own a 2nd property, that we never had the opportunity to make it happen. Gary told me that he can help us to realize that. He quickly put us in contact with the mortgage broker and before we know it, we were already in the process. Working with Gary was a very pleasant experience, Gary is very simple, respectful, approachable yet professional. He guided us all the way, he did not leave us out of the unknow, he followed up on with us in every step. I met Gary outside my driveway on very wintery day while I was shovelling snow. Gary was out knocking on my neighbour’s door following up on a previous contact. Gary was very pleasant and introduced himself and asked if I was interested in selling my home. At the time I wasn’t ready to sell but that didn’t deter Gary from telling me what he could do with a sale and later closing. Needless to say that wasn’t the last I heard from Gary. He followed up later that day and to thank me for our brief conversation. A week later he called me again and after some investigation and research on my part I told him I may list my home with another company and he could entertain selling the property as well. Within a day Gary called and booked an appointment to chat and go over some details. Selling a house during a pandemic was made much more comfortable and smoother with Gary Pannu; we listed our home in February with Purple brick, and the house was on the market for eight weeks, but there were no showings, and the same time, Gary listed a house on our street and sold for more than asking in a week. But we decided to stay put till next year, but when Gary approached us a month ago on the door and shared the market states with us, we were surprised. We had decided to listen to what he has to say, and we decided right away that - Gary is the realtor that we are going to list our house. We were surprised by his customer services and followed up with the other realtors after every showings. We sold in a week at a price that we were expecting.
