Example if there is a unit price of "$799,000". Other agents, themselves is discouraging the buyer, by saying, "is not okay to offer $799,000". Other agents loved "bully offer". But for Avtar, he will put an offer lower than "$799,000" to assist client save money, he negotiates, and make sure he exercises due diligence finding within the clients budget. He works for service and relationship. KUDOS for Avtar, Try him, he will make you be a winner because he did it for me!
