This was the first home for my wife and I. We had some relatively tight time constraints and very little experience in home buying. We were lucky enough to work with the whole Tim McKinney team and we were very impressed. Sarah Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very informative. Over several days she helped us get a very strong understanding of the area and worked very hard and thoroughly on our hunt for a home. We also worked with Tim who had already introduced himself to us previously and spent some time getting to know us. As a an experienced real estate agent it is not surprising that Tim is a knowledgable professional. His friendly character is a wonderful compliment to that great experience. Lastly, but certainly not least, we worked with Nicole Haire. At the time we had some poor luck with our selections and she was able to handle all of our concern and stress without breaking a sweat. Her kindness and thoughtfulness really put us at ease as we looked through the houses. She was very knowledgable about the houses in a very short amount of time and still, she walked through through the houses as if she was an extension of us. Answering our questions but also sharing and adding to our opinions offering helping points of view and thoughtful suggestions. The whole team was a joy to work with and, between the home inspection and the closing date, all three of them came to see us, look at the home and congratulate is on the house we were lucky enough to purchase.
