We started looking for our forever home in a very challenging market and time due to Covid and then I met Luis. A young eager professional alway looking to help. We found a few homes homes but with agents holding offers it was making things tough. We finally found one that was holding offers but we wouldn't be able to see it until the day of the offer presentation so Luis did a virtual visit for me to see if it was worth it to see. It was a fixer upper but with a good outlook so we went to see it, put in an offer, won the bid and bought a house.l It didn't stop there. Luis was amazing at the transition time and was always available to get information I was looking for and then even stopped by to welcome us on our first full day there. It is a tonne of work but we love our choice in both the house and the agent who helped us. Luis has an open invitation to stop by anytime just maybe after we get a little more work done.
