Don't appreciate people coming to my house offering to buy it literally non stop, not just this company but they were the straw that broke the camels back this morning. If I wanted to sell ill sell and I'll sell it myself. If anything the non stop vultures that keep coming daily have literally hardened me on moving, just shows what my property is actually worth when I sell it myself.

My wife and I bought our first home through exit realty, Nick Splaine got us a house during Covid and the housing boom for an extremely reasonable price! Not once did I have any doubts on buying a home within our budget through him. I felt bad because it seemed he worked all hours of the day, sometimes responding to me and coming up with offers at 10:00pm! If I were to ever sell or rebuy a home in the Quinte area I would without a doubt use him again. Amazing, professional and at the same time it feels like you have a friend working with you. 5 stars all around
