I couldn't be more thrilled with my decision to work with Direct Realty Ltd. Brokerage. From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease that I would be taken care of and I was so right! The staff (Jeff in particular) but everybody in that office works harder than anybody I have ever met to ensure that my best interests are being protected/represented but also to ensure a smooth and painless transaction. As a first time buyer, I felt completely at ease with the approach these guys had. They lined up an amazing lawyer, home inspector and even negotiated a tenant agreement for me. They guided me through the process without judgement and pointed out important things they needed to be addressed. If you are looking for a realtor that truly cares about your needs then look no further. I can't say enough good things about them! Did I mention they worked through Christmas and New Years and even a Birthday to secure my home? Great job guys! I am one happy customer!
