We met Brad while looking for rental houses - he was filling in for a colleague. On the day he was super helpful and enthusiastic. When none of the homes we looked at suited us, he asked us exactly what we wanted and searched high and low for us, looking at different options and solutions. Eventually I asked him to organise viewing a property for lease in the town we wanted and he had it sorted in a day. He helped us negotiate the rent lower, liaise with landlord, organise all the paper work and voila! We had our first home in Canada. After that he rang a few days before moving day and offered to come help us move in as well. We couldn't get over how helpful, friendly and enthusiastic he was all while being on top of things for every step of the process. We can't recommend him enough and we'll definitely go to him again when we're ready to buy our first home. Thanks Brad!
