A place where broken doors take weeks to fix, stairwells are dark, neglected, and a popular smoking area. If that doesnt intrigue you.. theres also a laundry room that leaks from the roof and reeks of mould, neighbours fresh out of the pen to party every weekend, empty meth baggies left in the hall, needles in the playground and the parking lot is musical chairs to some. Forget moving to the area to avoid the ghetto, you'll be moving right into it. You got bugs? They'll spray your suite but leave out the rest although bugs travel fast and through plug ins, hallways and pretty much any hole it can find. 1 star for impeccable management.
