This is a total bush league operation. Their service is terrible, they can't seem to do their jobs properly, they never get back to you when they make mistakes which is often, and they steal your money. If you can avoid dealing with them at all costs.

Worst Customer Service ever. Manager Johnathan started shouting on me when all I was asking was for explaination why I am getting charged $40 when I was told $20 by his employee. I will never recommend anyone here.

Currently renting with them and I have to say the gentleman who does the maintenance is amazing to deal with! He is super friendly and during his last visit I had mentioned we were needing a new key cut so he went out of his way to have it done and drop it off! Very happy with his service ????
