Rick was our realtor for our cabin at Candle Lake. Rick was fun to work with, informative, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Rick had 2 viewings and an offer for us the day after he listed it!! That blew us away! We had listed our cabin previously with 2 other realtors who didn’t get us so much as a single viewing. He also lent us his enclosed trailer to use to move out and dropped it off in the yard for us. He was always available and helpful whenever we had questions. We really felt like Rick cared about doing the best job he could for us. We were selling in the Candle Lake area, and we truly believe he is the only realtor to even consider working with in that area. He’s local and an expert of the area. A definite 5-star rating from us! Highly recommend!
