Unresponsive, and a lack of caring for tenant issues and concerns seemingly. Edit: In response to the comment regarding my review; I had reached out over a month ago to only get ignored. Prior to that, my initial email containing my concerns was also ignored... about 4-5 months ago I believe.

Doesn't care about crime, that the mailboxes are broken into, doesn't wash gang graffiti off their buildings, and blames tenants on having their car broken into. Won't let a tenant out of their lease when they fear their safety. Then when you move out they will claim your damage deposit - and a warning to anyone on social assistance, they WILL claim the government's money as the damage deposit even if you worked hours scrubbing every inch of your apartment. Seriously, I have proof on paper, they claimed the deposit one hour before I did the walk through appointment with Bill. I literally took q tips to your windows! And I got no appreciation for it. Really rude staff, only one receptionist there was nice but the owners talked to her rudely as well.

I lived in city park with this company for an year. Nice price, nice service. Never suffered heat or warm water problem. Loved the non-carpet floor and storages. Bill(i have bad memory with names, but it might be his name) was great caretaker. I had some sink, toilet, window, door problem, and they always come and fix it so quickly. I moved to other place because of my work, but I still recomend this company to all my friends.

Would NOT recommend this management company. Do not care about tenant issues, never call you back, and leave you on your own to fix problems that are their responsibility to fix. They told me they've never even been to my building, and instead of just fixing a cheap and easy problem, they leave it to the tenants to have to deal with (after months of trying to get a solution and being ignored). Gotta say, I'm very disappointed and frustrated with them.

I live next door to one of Progressive's properties and they refuse to take care of it. Both the tenants and myself have repeatedly asked for the roof and eaves troughs, as well as other things to be fixed with no action on the part of management. The eaves is falling off of their house and causing water to collect between the houses. I'm concerned we're going to end up with water in our basement because of this negligence.

Great company!! Have not one thing to complain about Bill the manager is a great owner/ landlord to the simplest and most hurting in need of a home. They will give you love and respect as long as you give the same back and mind to your own problems and business and like I said we are very appreciative for this suite. Any problems they fix immediately with the help of their own maintenance and contract team. We lived here at our Dt residence for 10 years his brother moved in last year, glad to return home to our fallen ship to bring up and show what we, God what name out of 27 lol, what 1 can do to a fallen platform that held us on top of our rock that we called home for over a billion years but didn't cherish, our home earth and its inhabitants will rise from this for the wicked and evil will fall and have fell short of grace for now and forever we have won against the antichrist Humanity will be reborn physically in spirit to join us as one to live within a divine kingdom. We have emailed them for so many problems in apartment but they do not care about reply. We have pet in our apartment which is not allowed as per agreement but they do not care. Washing machine and dryer are so dirty but they do not care. It is like hell living in Wilson crescent apartment. So poor quality of work and maintenance. I wish I could give negative ratings for these ppl.

Staff are rude and condescending. They donot take the well being of their renters seriously. Under maintained properties with a below average owner who refuses too fix anything and leave it in total chaos. And when you call too complain about such things they verbally belittle you and hang up. Absolute garbage properties and owner.

My family and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent, the office workers are always very polite, respectful and willing to help in any way they can. Lots of properties to choose from, and very well maintained and clean. We rented from them for 5 years, all Maintenance was always looked after promptly and any issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Bill and the Maintenance team have always been respectful, polite and very helpful.

For current lessees: Be aware that they try to keep some of your damage deposit, claiming it is for general carpet cleaning, however this is illegal according to the Saskatchewan Residential Tenancies Act if the carpet is in good condition. The owner of this business is a borderline slumlord. Water damage to the ceiling and general issues were not fixed prior to moving in, despite them assuring me they would be dealt with. Attempts to reclaim the full damage deposit amount were met with aggression and rudeness from the owner, Bill Sayed. Avoid leasing from this company if possible.

We had a good experience renting an apartment from PPM. They were relatively prompt when responding to client issues, and they were reasonable by returning our entire damage deposit when we left our building on May 31, 2020

After 2 1/2 months of email and phone messages regarding my property still no response. Went to call the president of the board room I found out was no longer president and no longer lived here. The best way to reach them I guess it’s going down to their office.

I've rented from Progressive on and off for the last 15 years and I've had nothing but great experiences. They're always prompt when repairs are needed, the buildings and properties I have lived at have always been well maintained and kept looking nice. And the staff are great to deal with. And the office staff are so friendly and nice any time I go to pay my rent. Definitely highly recommend them to rent from. Just signed another one year lease with them in a great apartment building.
