Would not recommend living here. Have bin trying to contact someone about moving our lease to a different city for 3 weeks and every time we call we get redirected to different people until someone hangs up on us. They were working on the flooring in our appartment at 11pm being very loud called to our property manager who got rather upset with us for us asking for the work to stop. At the time of getting our appartment we were supposed to get a unit down the street and were told we can have it but then it was sold out from underneath us. Crime is horrible people in our appartment have broken into my truck and others have tried. Our property manager was fired without us being told and we were unable to contact anyone to help us with any problems for over 3 months. They forgot to charge us our pet rent for 6 months and then decided they wanted all of it at once. Would not recommend ever renting from avenue living and will not be renewing our lease when it is up.

I was a tenant at the Avenue Living for about two years 2019-2021. I came to know Brian & Cimmy & some of thier caretakers (maintenance people). When I have trouble with the bathroom & with my kitchen cabinet, they send the maintenance guy right away. Same when I have trouble with the fan at the bathroom. They respond right away. I find my lease reasonable. The only reason why I moved out, was I found a place, a house, own & manage by a Filipino that gives us a ride to & from work.
