She went the extra mile listing it twice over two different seasons and handling a number of repairs, cleaning, and maintenance since we were no longer living in Saskatoon. She coordinated our listing for months while we were living away from Saskatoon. Scheduling showings, tidying the house and keeping us in the loop about showings and interactions with our tenant. After our tenants moved out she helped coordinate a pre-sale inspection, staging, and multiple trades (electrical, appliance, paint etc.) until it was ready for sale.
