I've been dealing with the ICR crew for 20+ years and have always found them to be very capable and professional. They are exceptionally well-connected within the commercial real estate market and have the ability to assemble multiple options on both the buying and selling side. As well, they have done great work with the ICR Charity Classic fundraiser, which has benefited many local community groups through the years.

My experience with ICR has been a breathe of fresh air so far! They accommodated my move in date and were really professional and helpful throughout the entire process of getting into the apartment. Tenants be aware they charge you for damages that you didn't do. They managed my house for a year, after the tenant moved they tried to charge the tenant for damaged that wasn't caused by him. And they didn't even noticed they actual damage cause to the property and they say and i quote "doesn't matter the only important thing is we got money from the tenant". Since I didn't hire their contractors for repairs they say the won't rent the house until it was fix at their satisfaction, however still charging me with advertising fees. Very annoying process to cancel the contract. The company is that cheap and greedy that they charge you 3% extra if you pay them with credit cards, last thing they think about is the costumer, zero costumer service

If you’re looking for a complete rip off, look no further! If I could’ve rated them a negative score I would’ve. ICR will back charge you for every possible thing they can while they also raise your condo fees yearly! They never ever actually want to help you. Their job is to manage the common area, but if your “common area” is full of disgusting swamp water and smelling, SORRY YOURE OUT OF LUCK! If you send a lawyer to their office, the owner of ICR will call you out and bring up your personal Facebook posts. They always pass the blame onto the condo board, never take responsibility for any decision, and quite honestly, a couple gorillas could manage your property better than ICR. I could not be more thrilled that they no longer manage my condo. SAVE YOURSELF A DISASTER AND AVOID ICR

I've lived in Parkside manor over 3 years now, & I finally found my forever home! If anything needs fixing, they tend to it right away, its safe here, the grounds are kept very nice, the grass is always so soft & plush! I've never been as happy living anywhere as I am living here! The ppl on my floor are all so friendly & helpful! Its always a plus to have caring & trustworthy neighbors who actually care about you! Icr are good to me, Chanda is a very personable person & she makes sure things get done & that if there's any kind of a problem in the building, its rectified ASAP. To me, this isn't just an apartment or a place to reside. Its been a real home for me, I feel comfortable here & content, & that's what counts the most! ICR should stand for : " I Can't Resist! " because once you rent a place here in MY building.. Lol... You won't want to live anywhere else! ????❤????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Waste of time to deal with. They have taken more than 90 days dragging their feet getting their act together for our flooded condo that occurred July 1 due to THEIR tenants negligence and is STILL unliveable (Now Oct. 12) with no flooring, exposed wires, all cupboards and appliances torn from the wall, and spread across the bedroom floor. We and our condo are not at fault but we are STILL waiting for it to be repaired. Hardly anyone calls back, what we are told verbally cannot be trusted, so we have to ask for information in writing. They have no idea what's going on and say they'll look into it, but rarely do. Based on our experience, we will never recommend this property management company and are petitioning to change.

I have a rental condo that is being managed by Faisal of ICR. I started using them nearly a year ago. They did a full renovation that was cost effective for myself, done in a timely manner, and completely changed the look of my unit. He was able to quickly rent out my unit, but also vetted the potential renter to make sure they were a good fit. He is very easy to get a hold of, answers any questions I may have and sends all documents in a timely manner. I'm very glad I choose to have ICR manage my unit.

I witnessed November 2 a tow truck come on to a neighbours property steal her car without warning. No ticket, no warning. Just picked up her car and drove away. Fearful for her car she got into her vehicle and he continued to hook her car up raised the vehicle with the car engine running?? We pay condo fees? So they can steal our cars only to to have to pay an outrageous fee to release the car. This is ROBBERY!!

Horrible business they move you into filthy places and wont tell you that all of their apartments are full of bugs all the time, they do not fix damage properly they just painted over it for the next tenant. They have burned run down suites but show you a different nicer suite when you view then say it isn't available. They do not spray properly, they do not follow notices and time frames they have set themselves for maintance and will screw you over any chance they can get. Chanda lockhart and stacey bloor are the worst people i have ever dealt with when it comes to rentals and companies and im a long term good renter. Nothing but slumlords.

Would highly recommend not renting from this company as you likely won’t get your damage deposit back, even if you hire a professional cleaner when you move out. We got docked $600 from our $1800 deposit & hired a professional for $300 already. Waste of money. They take it off and won’t answer any questions you have about why. Extremely unprofessional & slow at fixing any issues. Try to blame you for all wear & tear. If you want to be ripped off, than feel free to rent from them. They lie about absolutely everything. Have kept in contact from the basement tenant still there & she has also been having nothing but issues with them as well. Take your business elsewhere & if you see the ICR logo - steer clear!!!!

This company claims to use the word TRUST in their marketing propaganda but the last thing I would do is put any trust in this company. My roommate and I lived in an ICR managed property and when we had a problem we were contacted by Craig Kuse. Not only did it take him days to contact us but it was also the biggest waste of time. Craig is extremely arrogant and pompous to talk to and his mightier than thou attitude was nauseating. Great service from a pretend lawyer who thinks he is God's gift to the world because of a few letters behind his name. Re: Update you records as this past winter my GF reached out via Facebook and we were re-directed to Craig and it was a horrible experience. Shows how we aren't people but just a number to your company and I am not alone in these sentiments as there's a few reviews that echo what I have said. Thanks, but no thanks.

They view you as a pay cheque and forget that you are a person who is investing their life into the guidance they provide. A small firm who lacks the resources of a national company. This is one of the most incompetent companies to ever grace the fine City of Saskatoon. The property management division lacks focus and professionalism at a level that is so beneath the standard of basic management it is a travesty that the word management is even in their title. For over two and a half days an alarm at a bado building has been going off day and night and this company as been told about this repeatedly yet not one person has bothered to even call or send a single person to correct this matter. An alarm in a residential/commercial building coming from the HVAC room is going off people!! Do you have any idea of the cost associate with maintaining an HVAC system.....???? Do the residents and condo owners have to pay your BS management fee have any idea that your delinquency is costing them potentially thousands of dollars in repairs.? Are you so incompetent that you do not realize an alarm and alarm known as a warning signal is going off suggesting that something is not operating correctly are you that incompetent that you cannot come to that realization and grasp the reality of the situation!!!???? Or are you to busy collecting your fee pretending that you have an actual concern for the well being of owners and renters that you extort money from at an exorbitant rates as a percentage of the gross annual expenses? That you can't be bothered to actually provide a minimum of service Shame on you and seriously replace that joker you have been employing and pretending to do work that you clearly are not capable of!!!

I had to hire ICR at a time when I was under stress recently being diagnosed with cancer and needing somebody to take some serious stress off my shoulders. I did a lot of research trying to find the appropriate company to help me. I needed someone who could literally take the burden of my empty property off my hands , find a renter, and ensure everything was maintained and dealt with in a timely matter.
