I would never rent from these people again. Horrible to work with, the apartments were dirty, everything is made very cheap.. just completely horrible staff to deal with in general other than one of the maintenance men. If I could I would rate lower than one star. Always had my rent paid 3 moths in advance, but got treated like I didn't pay it once.

I have really good experience with Forest Grove Appartments. They looked after suits and customer as well.

I would never suggest anyone do business with these people. After putting a $500 deposit down on a place to try to secure it because we were moving from another province we went to see it and decided not to rent because there were holes in the walls, rat traps, exposed pipes, broken windows and it was not a safe place for my son. They kept the deposit, lied and never called my husband back regarding the issue. Stay away at all costs.
