Great place to work! Easy to get to. Lots of parking. There is a mailbox on the lot. Amenities include a kitchen with fridge, two microwaves, dishwasher with tables & chairs for lunch, 3 washrooms, 2 meeting rooms, free wifi and a vending machine. Offices are spacious and come fully furnished. Good natural light from windows. Lots of offices to choose from.

Great space to get work done. It has a very nice design, all glass and aluminum inside. You can bring employees in and have them work for free.

Professionally managed, gorgeous design, and I like how it has lots of parking available. A lot easier to get to than downtown.

Very professional and secure building. Room for business's to grow and expand by using offices and co-working spaces. Business Mail is delivered regularly and I have access to a large 10 person boardroom for meetings and an outdoor patio and lounge when I would like to work in a more relaxed environment. Expenses are all included and there is plug in parking stalls in the winter. Happy to have a place to work that isn't my kitchen table.
