I moved out after renting from Colliers for years. They were unresponsive initially to my notice of moving out. Took weeks of calling and emailing everyday before getting any response. Then were impossible to contact to do a walk through when moving out. Then withheld my damage deposit, and claimed I owed $100 more than my deposit despite all the cleaning I did to meet the standards of the walk through, that never ended up happening. I tried contacting them for months about my damage deposit. I finally got in contact with the Saskatoon office of residential tenancies and they are opening an investigation into the matter.

We have been living in one of there apartments and I would never recommend them to anyone EVER. We have been telling them about our concerns but no one cares, they won’t answer calls, emails or messages. What’s the point of having customer service if you’re not going to do anything.

Never rent the property in saskatoon specially on Albert avenue saskatoon, S7h2c5 as the property having water leakage in winter as well as in rains. Manager is not reliable and not trust worthy. if you rent by chance take pictures and inspect each and every drawers, frames, appliances etc for your ready record when you move out otherwise your damage deposit will be zero. Rude manager, poor management, and damage property. Never going to recommend to anybody.

If you want to lose money on a damage deposit for literally no reason, rent through them. They withheld $100 for cleaning when they said it was just the oven that needed cleaning. On top of that, they took another $100 for no apparent rhyme or reason. They are incredibly difficult to get a response from and they are very frustrating to work with.

Review of Collier's Gardens. Poorly maintained building. Old laundry machines and heating system. The shower has no force of water! No on site person. Common areas inside building not cleaned often (even during pandemic). Not even a dustbin inside the apartment. Parking lot road is broken. Good value for money only to students because of the location. For families would not recommend it. I guess because of students who don't complaint enough they can pass away with this service!

Staffs deal with customers very unprofessional manner, start from receptionist to sales representative, i was there other day to get my place to stay, everything was approved, but one of the sales representative very arrogant n rude , hence I cancelled deal with colliers

Great onsite and offsite management, convenient location, quiet building and underground parking is great in winter season. Lived here for 3.5 years and would definitely recommend.

Worst agent ever!!!! I would not recommend to anyone including you who are reading this. If you have done the fully cleaning of your place before moving out, you are lucky, you can get PART of your deposit back. If you haven't done it, you will have to say goodbye to your deposit. Don't expect to get back your money!!!

I rented from colliers in saskatoon over quite a few years and at three different locations. Miguel my property manager was always very quick to reply and fix any issues I had. His team in the office (Lindsay) was also very prompt at helping me when I had any questions. The apartments were all really nice and clean. Of all the places I rented in saskatoon - this this was by far the best company to rent from and if I moved back, I would go back to them first.

This is the worse apartment i was in. Pay 100$ more and be in an another accommodation. The service is really bad my refrigerator was not working i called them its been 3 months still there was no response i had called them every single day. My kitchen floor was filled with water and the fridge door doesn’t close. There are better houses at same price but do not choose this. Everything is poor and worse in every way

Rodrigo is the most unprofessional person in property management I have ever met. He acts like he is irreplaceable and doesn't not care if the apartments are in ruin. The other tenants agree, two thumbs down. His unpleasantness prompted me to make an account just to share this revelation.

STAY FAR AWAY! Moved into a bed-bug ridden apartment in Saskatoon called the Fairway Greens. Found bed bugs one week after moving in- and it wasn't me since the last place I was living did not have bed bugs. The building was poorly managed - they had done minor renovations to make the suites look like a nice place to live, but they do not tell you that there has been MANY cases of bed bugs. Theres an exterminator coming to the building regularly. I had been away all summer - and one week after being back, I found more bed bugs. The way that the situation was handled was unacceptable - The options they gave me were: 1. they would release me from my lease and do a chemical treatment (WHICH CLEARLY WASNT WORKING CAUSE THEY ARE IN THE WALLS!!) or 2. Sign a new lease, and they would do a heat treatment, which is super effective. I chose option number one and they are not compensating me for a new couch or bed. I would NOT recommend anyone to rent from this agency.

I have had nothing but a great experience renting property from this company. The building manager Rodrigo is very accommodating and prompt when something is requested for maintenance. The building is kept clean inside and out. I have stayed renting at my specific location for a long period of time for these reasons.

We rented an apartment 3yrs ago and found the management to be great. Rodrigo was our property manager for that period and was efficient, timely, professional and overall a very nice person to work with throughout our time on Pinehouse Drive. When we had issues with our neighbors and their excessive partying, he dealt with them immediately and resolved the issue quickly. He should be commended for all the hard work he does to maintain the property, and the relationships with his tenants.

They are OK overall, different repairs were done properly and quickly; but we have a leaking roof (through ventilation) during rain for 3rd Summer in a row (top floor 4235 Degeer St.), I wrote them few times, and problem still persist.

Bug infested apartment. Terrible and rude property manager. Good luck getting your damage deposit back. The guy is a rip off. Stay away from this company! If the bugs don't get you, the property manager is a bigger bug.
