We were on the other side of the equation in our dealings with this firm, interacting with one of the owners at KW via our own realtor and to a lesser extent directly. Horrible outcome, a disappointing lack of transparency, integrity, and no personal moral code. Their commissions come ahead of all else, clients or customers are not the priority. As they say "buyer beware".
