We contacted Charlie in June of 2018 looking to sell our duplex. Charlie was easy to work with and offered us some good advice and recommendations to help increase the chance of selling the house. We managed to close the house within 3 months of listing, we originally thought it could take up to a year given the selling history in the area and small target market of the house. At the same time we began visiting other houses on the market. Charlie was able to accommodate our busy schedules and provide a lot of knowledge when walking through the houses. Very professional, friendly, patient, and made both selling and buying an excellent experience!
