Very unprofessional. Had a serious attitude problem and barely answered our questions. Stood on his phone the entire time we were seeing the house. First comment out of his mouth was "can you afford this? Because I kicked out the past tenants". Seems like he's more concerned about having his face on billboards than he is about providing good service to his customers. Get a new job.

Falsely advertises rent to own services. Website looks legit, and has a decent description on how it would work. However, when you call for information, not only is the phone answered unprofessionally, but you are told not to do it. I understand that there are a lot of scams out there when it comes to these things, but advertising that you can help with this, and then bashing the potential customers dreams is completely unprofessional. Then after completely bashing this option, he has the nerve to offer his services as a real estate agent to purchase a home. I wouldn't have used this company after this experience, and reading a lot of the reviews on here just confirmed that I wasn't just being unreasonable. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years, I can say that there are a lot better, friendlier, and more professional real estate companies/agents out there. Buyers and sellers beware!

Most unprofessional real estate agent you can ever come across. Trevor only is recieves a 1 star rating as you do not have an option to give a zero (this man should not have a job in a real estate, where one key factor is having excellent customer service, which he has zero skills). Trevor was showing a rental property (I feel bad for the actual owners trying to rent their home with this man in charge). Trevor then proceeded to kick out two groups of people that he was showing this rental property because we did not take off our shoes walking in to a very dirty home (very clear that the house/yard had not been cleaned since the previous tenants had left the home) . Now mind you I would have taken my shoes off before entering if Trevor had asked to do so out of respect for the home owners, but since it was never stated I did not do so. The two groups that he did kick out both had professional property managers in attendance. It should also be noted that it was a warm sunny day and the group's kicked from the home were wearing dress shoes/heels, so we all clearly weren't running through a mud pile before entering the home.. The house and yard were both in disarray, something you would think that would have been taken care of before showing the home. Trevor opened the door to the home and said nothing to any of the groups, so the three group's entered the home. Trevor then stood in the corner staring at his phone, while three groups entered the home for the veiwing. After discovering that my girlfriend and her daughter did not remove their shoes, he very rudely snatched the application out of her hands and told her to get out of the house. After discovering that another group did not do so as well, he then kicked the other group from the home. The final group must not have liked the way that he had spoken to us, as the third group also promptly left the home. If you want to waste your time and money then go with Trevor, he will meet your needs in that way, but if you want an excellent experience I would suggest you look elsewhere if this man is dealing with the property.
