Our experience with Scott and his team was nothing short of exceptional. After my fiance accepted a teaching position at UPEI, we were quickly thrust into the unfamiliar process of selling our first family home. "Unique" was the word we heard most frequent when interviewing agents, as my partner and I had made several personal aesthetic as well as functional updates throughout the home. Little to compare it to in the area, we received a range of pricing suggestions from other agents, paired with varying degrees of confidence and enthusiasm. It was all daunting to say the least as we tried to educate ourselves and navigate the unpredictable market. When I was debating on buying, I looked through a number of mls ads. I came across what appeared to be a stunning home. The listing stuck out like no other listing. I knew when I went to view the home I would either find my new home or my realtor. I met Julie first. The home I was viewing was set to perfection. So many little touches were present. My husband and I made a quick decision about 12 days ago to sell our home. 2 years ago a real estate agent messaged me asking if I would like a free "slow down, kids being kids" sign for the front lawn. Every year Luc has messaged me at the beginning of every spring asking if I would like a free replacement. When my husband and I decided to list, we immediately knew we wanted to work with Luc. I messaged Luc around 9 pm and asked if he would be available the next morning for 930 am. When Luc showed up for our meeting the next morning he came prepared with a binder full of listings comparable to our house (even on such short notice). He walked us through the listings and showed us everything from what they sold for, how long they were on the market for, how much asking price was and came up with a few different ways we could approach selling our home. We contacted Steve via email to view one of his listings. He responded quickly, and suggested a time for the following evening. I responded and confirmed the time would be good for me. I'd also asked some questions but he didn't respond so I figured that we'd discuss those questions at the showing. When our viewing time came and went we called to see if he was running late as we have multiple viewings tonight. He was not on his way, he had no intention of coming, even though he had set the time. He tried to say that we hadn't confirmed but I had quite clearly confirmed. There is no way that we will ever view or purchase a property listed by Steve. He just doesn't really care about professionalism.
