I spoke to a woman on the phone her name is Aaron. She was busy driving at the time so she said she would call me back. She still hasn't called me and that was five days ago. I don't think I will be buying a home from this organization.

I've been trying to speak to a manager or broker of record since Thursday (SIX days ago). I am endlessly transferred to voicemails that aren't answered, or told a manager is being paged but it's 6 days later and I still haven't received a phone call despite constant follow up. BEWARE - if you need to deal with the brokerage for any admin eg a mutual release, GOOD LUCK.

I was interested in purchasing a building lot on Georgian Bay, the exclusive realtor there is Mr Jason Thompson, I am not sure he can speak without lying. I was a realtor in California for 30 years, he was not aware. What a disgrace to all realtors worldwide, I for one would not do any business with this man. shame and disgrace.
