Incredible. Everything about this team is incredible. I’ve worked with Sean for quite a few years on 2 purchases and 2 sales and am now working on a third purchase. I had the opportunity to work with Craig and now Erika as well. They are all amazing, not pushy, very friendly, personal, want to get you into the right home and not just push you into any house after only seeing a few. They listen to what you want and work hard to ensure you get the most in and out of your house. It is an amazing experience. Buying and selling a house or multiple houses, although exciting, can be very frustrating and scary. The last thing you want is to not feel comfortable. This team of people does everything to make you feel extremely comfortable and confident in working with them. The staff in charge of booking showings/viewings are amazing as well. My wife and I have purchased and sold 4 homes over the past 20 years while we have been in Ontario. Over this time we have interacted with and "hired" many real estate agents. I know I am stating the obvious when I say that finding a good real estate agent is quite difficult. Many times we have been disappointed because of a self-serving attitude, lack of attention to detail or broken promises. However, recently we have just completed our second home purchase within the last year and used the same agent! I can truly say that this agent exceeded our expectations. So our quest for a professional competent agent has finally ended. I can honestly give full credit to Sean Wilkinson of Red Real Estate for the successful bid and purchase of our last two homes. Both transactions were quite complicated and required much patience and skill. The first home purchase was through the office of the public guardian (OPG). When it come to selling homes, this Government agency plays by a different set of rules. Sean was able to navigate these unorthodox rules to the point that all competing bids disappeared because the other real estate agents gave up! Sean persevered and we won the bid. The second purchase was also quite complicated in that it involved three dependent home sales, two of which had reverse clauses attached to them. Again Sean was able to navigate this transaction (to the point that he had to assist one of the other agents in understanding the deal) and win the deal for us. During the entire process he was responsive, calm, professional and most importantly competent. In fact , at one point the deal appeared to be lost and Sean went above and beyond to keep the deal alive. So if you are looking for a real estate agent , and have been burned in the past, I would encourage you to give Sean a call. I am confident that you will not be disappointed. For us he is 'our' real estate agent - something I have not been able to say before. And as a bonus - the commission for Red Real Estate on the selling side is only 1% vs 2.5%, this translates into significant savings, yet you are hiring a full service agency that outshines many of the other agencies out there.
