Absolutely phenomenal! I met Parker Coulter during my initial stages of house prospecting. At that point I had just started to book showings on an individual basis and dealing directing with the listing brokerages. With the abundance of realtor exposure within a relatively short time, It's a fair statement to say that I got to meet a bunch of potential professionals that were interested in offering their services; none however were quite as aligned with my needs as Parker was.
