My wife and I can't say enough good things about Chad Traynor and his sales team. We were so happy that it was our idea to write a review here on Google. We decided to sell our home in Innisfil, Ontario with a fairly tight deadline to pack up and leave the country before Christmas, 2020. We encountered all kinds of issues such as last minute repairs, and Chad was very helpful and patient no matter what the universe threw at us! After an initial offer fell through, Chad got the house sold the very next day for our asking price, and held our hands from afar as the sale didn't close until about a month after we were in another country. Talk about stress! Anyway, it all worked out and Chad navigating some unique challenges. He had a good grasp of market prices and was very realistic. We're quite sure we got the best price possible at the time. Thank you Chad!

I am super amazed by Chad and Erica's service. They both provided sound advice throughout the process, and I could see that they had my best interests in mind. Both of them were very responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and in detail. I work in Toronto, and it is pretty hard for me to travel to Barrie daily to view the property. Chad and Erica both made the process so comfortable. They made sure one of them was always available for me. Even if it is raining or the weather is not good, they still go and see the place first, and if it is not good, they recommend not buying. We did lots of WhatsApp video call viewings. It was an incredible experience, the level of detail they went into, describing everything about the place. Before finalizing the deal, Chad made sure everything was in working order, and if something was not working, he made sure it got changed before the closing date. The previous owner left small holes and cracks in the drywall. Before I moved, Chad fixed all the walls. He paid out of his pocket and hired a professional to fix all the walls and paint them. Thank you, Chad. I don't know what I would have done without Chad! Excellent service. I will be recommending him and Erica to everyone I know who is looking to rent or buy. This is the experience you hope to have, and I can't say enough good things about it! I would work with Chad again in the future.
