To be completely honest, I wish I could put 6 stars. Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. Being in a pandemic, we were a bit nervous about selling our home. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we would be sold in no time, and he was right! Top 3 favourite things about Brian: 1. Patient. If we didn’t like a house, he didn’t care as he would always say “we will find something, we have lots of time”. He wasn’t trying to force us to settle for something so he could get paid. He didn’t try to “bandaid” the things we didn’t like about a house to try and convince us. His patience really stood out to us. 2. Reliable. Brian was always available whether it was via text, phone call or email. My husband and I were literally living on “Realtor.ca” and we would send him questions about multiple different properties at all hours of the day and he was always able to get back to us with answers. With homes selling so fast, we needed to be able to quickly book showings and Brian was on top of that too. He was always available to come see a house with us. 3. Caring. Brian has a big heart and cares so much about his clients. We have two little girls and he always made sure to speak to them and keep them involved in our conversations. It’s nice to have a realtor who cares about your family and how you are doing instead of just worrying about their commission. Thank you Brian. You ROCK!!

For anyone who has ever worked with Brian you know.......for those that haven't had the privilege...... 2 homes including a messy divorce during my own health issues.....Brian was there.....he was and is beyond above board.. ..to you Brian and your much deserved award I raise a glass. Thank you for all that you are to our community on a daily basis! .......never go back to concrete.....congratulations! And thank you for being a very real realtor!

We purchased a home thru Brian who was the listing agent 2 yrs less a month ago. This was the first time we met Brian and we travelled from Southern Ontario to view the home once it had hit MLS. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional with the purchasing of the property. We were all so impressed with his service my daughter hired him to list her condo. We then settled into the home with our daughter with the intentions of remaining there for many years. The home needed quite a bit of upgrading, repairs and TLC but we knew what we were getting into, no special favours. Brian continued to keep us on his general mailing list for any new listings in the area because we were previous clients. He always goes out of his way to hold events and send calendars etc to past clients which we had never experienced with all our military moves in the past. Unfortunately due to illness and a death in the family we have made a life decision to move to Eastern Ontario to be closer to family. We would have liked Brian to be our agent at the other end but we went with the new listing agent for the new house for ease as we did with him in the purchase of our home in Barrie. We had such good communication about our needs with Brian the last time that we thought we would like him to sell our treasured home in Barrie. He provided us with a virtual drone video, a stager, and terrific advertising. Brian takes selling your home seriously and to the next level. He is very technology advanced which is an asset in today's world and he truly does care about the clients he has. There is a negative review below which does not make any sense and applies to the purchase of our home. The market in Barrie is very hot right now and prices have increased substantially which is unfortunate for anyone who sold 2 years ago. I would hope that this person should really get their facts straight before putting negative things on the Internet for all to see. I hope this clears any misunderstandings they had about the sale of their parents property. Being in the military for many years we have bought and sold many many times, Brian is and has been the best agent we have ever had.
