I recently used Team Powerhouse's, Sarah White, to purchase a home in an unusually stressful situation. I can't imagine having done it with anyone else. She was professional, easy going, and so supportive and encouraging. She made it fun by interacting with my family. When it came time to purchase the place we fell in love with, she took extra steps to insure that I got the home that fit my family perfectly. I chose Team Powerhouse, because once upon a time, I moved from a different city, and at that time, Mark and Jay did so much leg work for us, it was quite incredible. This is a team of professionals who know how to blend business and efficiency while making you feel like your needs are the most important part. Honest, professional, efficient with a side of humour and a personal touch. There is no one I would or could recommend more. Thank you Sarah! From my family.
