When we were researching realtors to sell our home, we were looking for someone with superior marketing skills who would make our home stand out among the many. Marilyn and Linda got our business for a number of reasons. Their listing photos are the first things we noticed, even before we met them -- for the quality of the photography, including twilight shots, to the well presented rooms, thanks to Linda's Certified Home Stager expertise. Linda and Marilyn went well beyond providing the staging consultation that other realtors we talked to offered. They were hands on, moved furniture, and brought in additional staging materials that allowed our home to be photographed and shown in its best light. Add to those things their many years experience in the real estate business, their responsiveness with respect to communications, their familiarity with our neighbourhood, and their enthusiasm for our house, and they were the clear winners.
