What can I say about Joan? and about my professional experience with Joan? Quite a bit, actually. The bottom line, though, is this: “As a Realtor, few to none can hold a candle to Joan.” For years, and with several very different real estate companies/agents, Crescendo, our World Class Ski Home, was listed for sale. Even Sotheby’s took a crack at it. Some of the realtors at Big White also listed Crescendo, but other than Joan none ever truly marketed Crescendo. What do I mean by that? Well, many of those realtors were on the mountain only during ski season, waiting for the ski vacationer to come to them. Crescendo, though, wasn’t that type of home meant for that type of buyer, especially since Crescendo was already being enjoyed by guests year-round. Other realtors didn’t seem to get that, even after via multiple attempts I tried to bring that to their attention. Joan, though, who doesn’t miss a detail (let alone the more obvious), got that straight-away. For that reason, she was proactive with marketing Crescendo 365 days per year. What a concept! The majority of Crescendo’s showings, in fact, occurred outside of ski season, and Joan sold Crescendo outside of ski season (and in the middle of the pandemic, to boot). Without question, Joan has so many qualities that combine to make her an outstanding Realtor. - First, Joan is an exceptional human being and a highly dedicated parent. - Second, Joan holds herself to an ethical standard that is beyond impressive. - Third, Joan’s passion / energy / drive is outstanding. - Fourth, Joan’s business acumen is extraordinary. As an aside, Joan is also - fun to work with, - very easy to get hold of (i.e., she actually returns emails and texts – imagine that), and - drop-dead gorgeous.
