I contacted Michelle at Horsefly Realty looking for a piece of land. Fairly simple...but, I was looking while I was overseas and what impressed my from the very beginning was that Michelle immediately responded. Other realtors wouldn't respond, or were less than enthusiastic about assisting someone who wasn't in Canada at the time. But, what truly was wonderful was that she was extremely thorough and diligent in obtaining as much information as possible on the property, readily communicating despite the time zone differences, and was willing to lend a hand throughout the whole process (holding my hand a fair amount).
