Marc inspected a property we ended up purchasing and was very thorough and professional. As other reviewers have noted, Marc was very kind, patient and helpful. Marc was able to accommodate a weekend inspection for us on short notice. He walked us through the house explaining various issues he found. The result of the inspection was a detailed report that also included detailed possible solutions to problems that were found, in addition to sources for repair ballpark estimates. Marc was recommended by family and our realtor, and we in turn highly recommend Marc for your next home inspection.
