My wife and I were extremely picky on where and what the new house should be, how much yard it must have and how new it should look, and the funny thing is our budget were nowhere near lower mainland standard. Brian was kind enough to show us at least 50 homes in various locations and none was really convincing us to move. At the end he came with an awesome suggestion with a builder at south surrey and we are now happy to say that we have found our dream home. Awesome neighbourhood, big yard, new construction and more importantly it fits the budget. Before I start writing my review I did check to see the other 60 reviews and I truly believe that no one can have 60 five star reviews. Back last year I did contacted Brian to help me find what I was looking for. It took several months, but I was picky. My point is nothing to do with the time but the closing of the sale [over $1 million]. Here is my beef. The condo contract in question stipulated that it be professionally cleaned, which it wasn't. That took over 2 weeks. Also I did ask Brian what was my closing costs and he stated about $3K. My closing costs were over $20K. The listing was not Brian's so it did not cost him the photographer, the listing or advertising. Also I'm the one that saw the listing and brought it too Brian's attention to see it. So you think that he would buy me dinner....NO I
