I recently sold a property through THH with agent JW. Since I live out of town, contact was made by phone. The property was listed (acerage) as I vacationed to the Carribean for two weeks. My phone lit up while on vacation letting me know that their were several people interested. Long story short SOLD while on beach. Upon returning back I was asked for keys for gate, which I gladly let JW know I would drive up to meet with him. He stated, 'I am too busy'. (Sales down 69% due to Covid 19) I let him know that maybe he is also too busy to cash a cheque. Deal closed never hearing back from him until I received a text Deal Done.
