As former clients of Joe vermaire, my wife and I have purchased a cottage with the help of Joe in the past. Just recently we moved about 14 hours Northwest of Toronto. Joe took the time to refer us to a local Royal LePage Team Realty representative by the name of Wendy Siltamaki. We could not have been happier with Wendy or the home she had found us after having probably seen 5 or 6 homes. Joe, having set all this up for us also did not take commission for the referral! Something he did not need to do. We found Joe to be very respectful, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs.

Joe Vermaire visited our home for a showing tonight (Aug 2019) and was rude to my wife because he wanted the home empty. We have 5 children and I was away for work. My wife was polite to him even though he came during our dinner. Would he like her to wait in the front yard with the children or what? Our home is clean and ordered Joe, there is no need for condescension. But at least you have one review now. UPDATE: Thank you for the response, however the truth is that you did not ask for the home to be vacant, nor could it be as I was at work. And on finding my family home YOU WERE RUDE. If you would like to apologize, please do but don't make excuses. It is unbecoming for firefighters. You also said my review is nonfactual, so please point out what part of it is not true.

John Borysiak and his Royal Lepage team are by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. He was thorough and throughout the negotiations had our back all the way. He is serious about making sure you get what you need and answered or researched every question we had. His background in contracting helped us weed out good houses from great houses. You have a serious advantage when you have John as your realtor. He is also a pitbull on negotiations which worked in our favour big time.
